NEGRO 2000 SRL established in 1993 is a Romanian privately owned company. Our company goal is to provide our customers with a wide range selection of refrigerated quality products, to continue to ensure our customer satisfaction.

We produce and offer an array of assorted roe salads, unprepared salted roes, specialty of smoked (cured) fish, marinated, pickled fish and fish salads, packaged individually using private logo-trade name "NEGRO 2000".

Roe salads include classic, classic with vegetables, sour cream, smoked (cured) fish and marinated, pickled fish.

Negro 2000 No.1 in Romania as turnover with 65% sales quota is an experienced and trustworthy partner and supplier of roe salads and fish products in Romania.

We utilize a proven, cost effective and organized delivery system which ensures all products are delivered in fresh and in a timely fashion. Our high standards and competitive pricing are proven by our customer’s loyalty more than 3700 clients across Romania.

NEGRO 2000 salads, fish products are produced according to Romanian and European Standards. Our company boasts the highest technological supported facilities. The highest of standards are monitored by our in house quality control as well constantly subject to National Veterinary Sanitary and Food Safety Authority control in conjunction to other government agencies.

The NEGRO 2000 production processes meet the HACCP system requirements, which give the customers the guarantee that the products in the technological process are analyzed and supervised in order to rule out and avoid any improprieties and the Integrated Management System:
